TrueTravel is that research habit turned into a place everyone can use.
Our concept
Imagine Nextdoor, Reddit and Yelp all had a baby. You get us. TrueTravel is a true community-sourced travel guide: neighborhood-level honesty, open discussion, and real ratings — all in one place, written by travelers and locals rather than marketing teams.
Every place gets a clear verdict, hidden gem or tourist trap, backed by crowd ratings shown right beside Google and Yelp scores, first-hand reviews, photos and reels, plus destination forums where people share what is happening right now: closures, scams, safety notes and the spots that never make the guidebooks.
